The last page of XX4488 belongs to my friend Jimmy Yip. A well-designed prophecy such as XX4488 is polymorphic, meaning that it can be fulfilled in many ways. As I am writing my first blog post, I realize that this post should be dedicated to Jimmy because the first post is always listed last. There is another interpretation of “this Book.” For years, I thought Jimmy meant the memory book. But the sentence was about the future. So, what is this Book? Perhaps, the Book is my Blog. Since the word blog was not coined until 1999, the best that Jimmy could do was to refer it as this Book. Jimmy’s prophecy is fulfilled with a bonus. He is also the first in this Book. In chronological order, Jimmy is first. Logically, he is last.
